A two-panel comic strip featuring Everett True, an ill-tempered gentleman prone to explosive reactions at minor social infractions. In the top panel, True protests a woman's cooing baby on public transit; in the bottom, he ejects her small dog from a streetcar. The strip employs the visual conventions standard to early newspaper comics: sequential panels with speech balloons, exaggerated expressions, and heavy ink line work.
