Two Sketches of Morges, Lake Geneva

Architect Arnold William Brunner sketched these two views of the medieval Swiss castle town of Morges during European travel. The ink drawings on toned paper show the fortress and its surrounding architecture from different vantage points, with careful attention to the conical towers and fortification walls.
