It contains reports on unidentified flying objects collected by the Air Materiel Command at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. The primary detailed incident is Case #151 from July 29, 1948, in Indianapolis, Indiana: witnesses observed a propeller-shaped object approximately 6-8 feet long and 1.5-2 feet wide, aluminum-colored, traveling 25-30 mph at 30 feet altitude near tree level in a banking descent. The object made no sound, left no exhaust trail, and disappeared into a wooded area. Military investigators recovered no physical evidence.
