This document contains military UFO incident reports from Shemya Air Force Base, Alaska, dated March 29, 1949. Four observers filed accounts of unidentified flying objects: 1st Lt. James S. Brown (ground observer) witnessed an object at 5,000 feet traveling approximately 500 mph northward; 1st Lt. Floyd M. McAllister reported similar sightings with white lights at comparable times and altitudes; 1st Lt. Robert A. Dittmar (weather observer) documented the incidents with technical details, noting the object's dull yellowish appearance, intensity comparable to a 40-watt bulb, and notably distinguishing it from a pilot balloon released during the sightings.
