The OCR text documents a U.S. Air Force sighting report from Project 10673, dated 24 August 1952. At approximately 23:30, pilot L. Boynas and co-pilot Captain Charles F.R. Link of the 1704th Air Transport Group observed distinct flashes resembling gun fire or explosions on the Atlantic Ocean surface off the Moroccan coast, at a distance of 30–75 miles from their aircraft at 7,500 feet altitude. A second identical flash occurred five minutes later. The flashes were described as greenish-blue and fan-shaped. When the aircraft reached the incident area, no surface vessels or evidence of fire or explosion was found. The crew reported the incident to the MATS Division officer upon arrival at Mouassuer. The form indicates the observation type as "Unknown" pending classification.
