This document is not a pulp magazine but a declassified U.S. Air Force Intelligence Information Report (AF Form 112) dated January 27, 1953, documenting a UFO sighting near March Air Force Base, California. Two observers—T/Sgt Howard Moones and S/Sgt Lavon Wise of the 307th Supply Squadron—reported witnessing a single oval-shaped silver object at 1000 hours. The object exhibited no visible exhaust or audible sound, appeared larger than contemporary aircraft at comparable distance, and demonstrated unusual flight characteristics: speeds varying from stationary to extremely high velocity, with wobbling side-to-side movement and a faint glow during motion. Weather conditions were clear with unlimited visibility. The report emphasizes the observers' experience distinguishing aircraft from unidentified phenomena.
