This document is a U.S. Air Force UFO sighting questionnaire and witness report from March 23, 1953. The witness, observing from a bedroom window in Michigan at 11:33 P.M., reported seeing a flaming object traverse the lower portion of a window over approximately four seconds. The object appeared elliptical, roughly twice its height in length, with a greenish fluorescent tint resembling clock-dial paint in darkness. It was significantly larger than Venus but smaller than the moon, moving on a dropping trajectory from right to left with a soft, foggy outline and wobbling motion. No sound was detected. The witness immediately noted the observation duration by counting, checked the time by telephone, recorded details concerning trajectory and color, and subsequently measured the room to document the sighting's precise geometry against a visible moon for comparative analysis.
