This document is not a pulp magazine issue. It is a Project Blue Book record card (ATIC Form 329) dated August 21, 1952, documenting a UFO sighting report from the Netherlands. The card contains a UFO incident report including observation details, witness information (firemen), and official evaluation. Two flat oval objects emitting whitish-grey light were observed moving at incredible speeds and remaining motionless for periods up to 30 seconds. ATIC (Air Technical Intelligence Center) concluded the sighting was possibly caused by searchlight beams, though insufficient data prevented definitive analysis. This is a government UFO investigative document, not fiction pulp magazine content.
