Pulp Magazine Cover, July 1957
· July 1957

This document is not a pulp magazine but rather a U.S. Air Force Project Blue Book UFO sighting report card (Form 329, revised September 1953). The heavily degraded OCR captures a standardized military investigation form used to catalog unidentified flying object reports. The card includes fields for observation date, location, type of observation (ground-visual, air-visual, radar, etc.), number of objects sighted, and conclusions categorizing the sighting as balloon, aircraft, astronomical phenomenon, or insufficient data. The form documents communications routing through various Air Force commands including the 656th Aircraft Control and Warning Squadron at Saratoga Springs and Air Defense Command in Denver. Multiple checkboxes and data fields remain largely illegible due to OCR degradation, making specific sighting details unrecoverable from this image.
