This document is not a pulp magazine but a U.S. Air Force UFO report form (Project 10073 Record Card) dated February 21, 1950, from Munich, Germany. It documents a civilian sighting of an unidentified object approximately the size of a jet wing tank, emitting yellow then blue flames at roughly 700 feet altitude, traveling at high speed before falling into trees about two miles away. The observation lasted 3-5 seconds, with movement from southeast to northwest. Military analysts ruled out satellites, aircraft, balloons, and natural phenomena, concluding insufficient data for definitive evaluation while noting the meteor possibility remained unresolved due to limited evidence.
