This document is not a pulp magazine but rather a U.S. Air Force official record form—specifically a Project 10073 questionnaire and case record cards used to document and analyze UFO sightings (later renamed the Unidentified Flying Objects program, or Blue Book). The packet contains three case records from October 1963 in Dayton, Ohio: Case 1 (October 3): A twisted flame-like object, yellow, approximately aircraft-sized, observed moving west then north at jet aircraft speed. The object had red and green lights. Witness noted an aircraft towing an electrical banner reading "Gem City" (referencing a Tri-Pacer 7D1X aircraft). Multiple reports received. Concluded "Probably Balloon" or "Possibly Aircraft." Case 2 (October 5): A flash of light moving across the sky reported by witness as a possible meteor.
