Malta Blue Book

The OCR text is severely degraded and unreadable in its first sections. What can be made out clearly is that this is the "Blue Book for the Year 1921" published by the Malta Government Printing Office in 1923. The legible portions consist entirely of administrative reference material: a table of contents listing sections on taxation, revenue, expenditure, public works, legislation, education, population statistics, and other governmental operations; and detailed fee schedules from the Lieutenant Governor's Office, Treasury, and other departments itemizing charges for licenses, certifications, patents, trademarks, shipping registrations, and various administrative procedures. No narrative content, stories, or creative fiction is present—this is official governmental documentation.
