Museum Catalog Note: *Future Fantasy and Science Fiction*, Volume 3, Number 2 (December 1942) This pulp magazine issue features nine original speculative fiction stories. The lead piece is F. Orlin Tremaine's complete novel "New Worlds," in which protagonist John Emmett is mysteriously summoned to serve as builder and deliverer for an unknown civilization. Two novelets accompany it: Martin Pearson's "The Key to the Dark Planet," concerning a strange mechanism from Pluto that conceals a deadly trap; and Carol Grey's "The Leapers," exploring eerie disappearances and victims ascending into the night sky.
