Prueba de sangre

This Spanish-language science fiction pulp story, "Prueba de sangre" (Blood Test) by W. Sampas, follows SIP (Spacial International Police) agent Robert Doe. Tracking him to the elegant nightclub "The Blues," Robert encounters Penny, the establishment's beautiful owner with red hair and green eyes. After initially pursuing his quarry, Robert becomes distracted by romantic attraction to Penny, who claims the suspect, Pete, has already escaped through a rear exit. She offers cooperation, promising to locate Pete by telephone while Robert grapples with duty versus desire, troubled by his brother Dink's recent expulsion from the SIP over corruption.
