World Wide Adventure No. 7
This issue of *World-Wide Adventure* (Summer 1969) features multiple adventure tales across historical periods. The lead story, "Skull Manor" by J. Allen Dunn, set in 1930s South Carolina, follows criminal investigator Clement Ford hired to investigate Cypress Manor (renamed "Skull Manor" after a Civil War massacre). Ford encounters mysterious deaths and glimpses a strange flying creature in the swamp. "Get That King!" by Major Q. F. X. involves Lawrence of Arabia on a secret dangerous mission. "Timor, Lads!" by William Bligh depicts the starving crew of the Bounty awaiting orders. "Grainman" by Kimball Herrick involves sabotage.
