The OCR is severely degraded and largely illegible. The readable portions reveal this is not a pulp magazine at all, but appears to be a technical UFO/meteorite observation report document (form FTD Sep 63, O-329). The legible content describes a meteor sighting reported by Chief Officer D. A. Davis of the American vessel MV. Jumper Hitch at 0440 hours on an unspecified 1953 date, in Pacific coordinates 33°50' N, 124°57' E. The meteor traveled southeast near the zenith under cirro-stratus conditions; large fragments burned off approximately 4 seconds before the main body burned out. Weather conditions and instrumental observations are noted. The text also discusses astronomical observations and upper-atmosphere wind drift measurements.
