Pulp Magazine Cover, August 1956

This document is not a pulp magazine, but rather a U.S. Air Force UFO observation report form dated August 1956. It contains a disposition form transmitting an extract from an SDO (Staff Duty Officer) report by 2d Lt. McGrath documenting a sighting near Wilmot, Ohio on August 7-8, 1956. The report describes a bright orange light that remained stationary for five minutes at an elevation of 35 degrees above the horizon, observed at 0200 hours and reported through Patterson Operations. The form includes fields for photographic evidence, observation duration, and summary comments, though much of the OCR text is severely degraded and illegible.
