This document is not a pulp magazine, but rather a Project Blue Book UFO report form (ATIC Form 329) and accompanying CIRVIS report dated May 9, 1958. The record concerns an unidentified object sighting at Bokol Island, Philippines. Witnesses observed an object falling from the sky while spinning, leaving a smoke trail and appearing to reflect sunlight off a metallic surface. The object remained visible for approximately 90 seconds before entering a thick cloud layer. The initial observation altitude was estimated at approximately 1,000 feet or less. The form concludes the sighting as "Unidentified," ruling out balloon, aircraft, and astronomical explanations. Local investigation failed to locate physical evidence or additional corroboration of the incident.
