This document is not a pulp magazine issue but rather a collection of U.S. Air Force UFO report forms and military communications from 1959, part of Project 10073 (the official U.S. Air Force UFO investigation program). The primary report describes a sighting on January 12, 1950, near Taiwan, where a ground observer witnessed a rotating globe-shaped object colored red, green, and white, moving in clockwise circular motion. The object was not detected by air or ground radar. Additional military messages detail naval activities near Amoy Harbor and aircraft operations in the region, transmitted through classified channels between Air Force stations in Taiwan and Ohio headquarters.
