This document is not a pulp magazine but rather a declassified U.S. Air Force record from 1963 concerning an unidentified aerial phenomenon. It consists of two sections: an ATIC Form 329 (Project 10073 record card) documenting a UFO sighting report, and a Department of Air Force staff message transmitting the report through military channels. The sighting involved a yellow-green flash followed by a yellow-green smoke trail lasting approximately six seconds, observed at 329 degrees azimuth and 15 degrees elevation, traveling vertically downward at an estimated speed one-third that of a meteor. The official evaluation concluded "Unknown, possibly meteor." The message was distributed to multiple military and intelligence agencies including PACAF, NORAD, and the CIA.
