Mystery of the Poison Pen This issue of *All-Story Weekly* features four continued stories. "Mystery of the Poison Pen" by Isabel Ostrander begins as a three-part serial about lawyer Irvin Lawrence in the small town of Lymebrook. A young client, Richard Draper Jr., arrives distraught after receiving an anonymous letter implying he was with another woman the previous Sunday evening, mentioning a blue motor-veil left in his automobile. Draper insists he was gambling at the Willow Tree Inn that night rather than motoring with a companion. His wife believes the letter's implications and has begun packing. The letter appears to have been previously opened and resealed. Also featured: E. K.
