"Guerra Galáctica" by Peter Kapra (1967) This Spanish-language science fiction serial depicts a galactic war between humanity ("miaris") and an alien species called "hordos"—diminutive beings with large heads, single supporting tail-limbs, and three arms. The narrative alternates between perspectives: Yar Almax, a human soldier serving fifteen years isolated aboard the sentinel ship Sur-X as punishment for an affair with a superior officer's wife, detects enemy activity while assisted by android LO-15-O; King Enko of Vaan, leader of the hordos, approves Marshal Frew's plan to annihilate humanity's home world using a radiation-charged vessel while the modified "Vibrador de luz" weapon neutralizes human surveillance posts; and Comandante Lolli Horton, captured commander of the human starship Krober, remains imprisoned with sixty fellow survivors in crystal cages above an alien crater. The plot centers on coordinated military operations and impending catastrophe as both civilizations pursue total victory.
