Catalog Note This November 1922 issue of *People's Story Magazine* features a diverse selection of fiction across multiple genres. The cover design is by Edgar Franklin Wittmack. The lead story, "The Redheads" by Captain Dingle, is a complete adventure novel set in the Dutch East Indies, following Kenneth "Red" Saunders, a Scottish-built skipper of the merchant schooner *Black Pearl*, as he encounters commercial difficulties in Palembang, Sumatra, and becomes entangled with a mysterious antagonist named Zimmerman from his past in Zanzibar. The issue also contains Edwin Hunt Hoover's short story "The Comeback," featuring characters Dutch and Blue in a football tale; "Seven Furlongs and a Jump" by Sam Carson, a racing story; Robert Terry Shannon's Ozark drama "The Mad Dog"; and a serialized six-part story "The Wagon Wheel" by William Patterson White.
