This is an anthology issue containing at least two stories. The first story follows a boy named Garry who encounters a poor family desperate to find housing and persuades a man to rent them his house by claiming to be a boy scout, ultimately arranging for his sister to move in with them. The second story features a married couple where the husband snores; after reading a newspaper advertisement about a $5000 reward for capturing a cat burglar operating in the city, the wife decides to turn on the radio to hear time checks from the Terrific Tick Tock Company, which humorously interrupts their evening.
