Taking the man’s magic potions, Dupres uses his newfound power to craft deadly "breads of madness" and rise to influence, but his reign is haunted by the past. The story unfolds with eerie tension, as the witch doctor’s return from the grave promises a reckoning. Mike Sekowsky’s art, inked by Mike Peppe and lettered by Herb Field, brings the tale’s dark mystique to life, while George Roussos’s cover captures the island’s sinister allure.
