This anthology issue contains at least two stories: "The Midnight Howl," featuring a man who encounters a werewolf and must face his own transformation by daybreak, eventually discovering a photograph of himself as a boy that provides evidence of his supernatural affliction; and "True Ghosts in History," which recounts the legend of President William McKinley's ghost, detailing how an anarchist assassin's attack on McKinley in 1901 was followed by supernatural manifestations of the president's spirit that appeared to witnesses before vanishing.
