This anthology issue features four stories: "The Cat Killers" starring Rulah, Jungle Goddess, in which Rulah protects a young girl from apes in the jungle; "Mistress of the Apes" with Jo-Jo, Congo King; "The Headhunter Queen" featuring Blue Beetle; and "The Subway Slayer" with Phantom Lady, in which Phantom Lady investigates a series of subway murders connected to smugglers and stolen diamonds while a police officer attempts to catch the killer.
