This anthology issue features two main stories: "Cosmo Cat," in which the feline hero battles his nemesis Dirty Dog over a circus and stolen seals at the North Pole, ultimately thwarting Dirty Dog's theft by using his cosmo-jet plane to spray herring scent and recover the animals; and "Percy," in which the young hero is sent by Uncle Joe to find the leader of the rustlers and rides into a trap set by the villain Awful Adolph, who plans to use Percy to lure out the rustler gang.
