An anthology issue featuring multiple stories. One story follows Colonel Rogers and his military operatives as they receive orders to apprehend enemy agents smuggling dope, leading them to a dock rendezvous where they board a ship and conduct a military operation on an island, ultimately succeeding in their objective. Another story depicts Satan-Sey and his captives soaring over the Himalayan mountains in a flying craft, where they encounter a misty green wall of force that they must penetrate; when signaled by Lin-Yan to activate the mist-wall control turret, the barrier trembles and parts, allowing Satan's ship to pass through and enter a mysterious futuristic city beyond.
