This anthology issue features Doc Strange confronting a new threat and calling upon his spectacular power of human flight to join the greatest battle of his career, while the Phantom Unit prepares to strike at a fascist scheme involving a demonic submarine sent across the ocean to strike American shores. Additionally, the issue includes "The Fighting Yank" and "The American Eagle" stories, as well as a Jimmy Blue western tale titled "Outlaw Chase" in which the Bar B boy outwits three armed bandits by herding sheep through a canyon to block their escape route.
