Astounding Stories #10

This anthology issue contains at least two stories. The first story features a character named Norbert who discovers a miraculous healing device during World War II that can instantly close wounds; when Japanese forces attempt to use it, Norbert's actions prevent them from benefiting from the technology. "Space Sissy," written by Shane O'Shea with art by Ogden Whitney, tells of Caton Durfield, a boy teased for avoiding rough play, who discovers he can ride a dinosaur-like creature in space and must defend Earth against invaders, ultimately proving his courage and worth to his peers.
