This anthology issue contains two main stories: "The F.B.I. Smashes Racket in Wetbacks," which follows FBI agents as they pursue Willie Sutton and others involved in smuggling operations, culminating in their capture in New York and subsequent transfer to Holmesburg Prison; and "Wily Syndicate of Diamond Smugglers," in which customs officials work to break up a diamond smuggling ring operating through Mexican ports and into New York, with protagonist Carlo eventually being cleared after his involvement with the syndicate's smuggling operations is exposed.
