This anthology issue contains at least two war stories. "C'est La Guerre" (continued from page 9) follows American military personnel in Indochina, including Major Henri Amour and war correspondent John Hazelton, as they plan a helicopter assault on communist forces and encounter complications involving a female spy. "Up from the Ashes!" depicts the British Empire's desperate military response during summer 1940 when Nazi dive bombers and Stukas attacked during the Blitzkrieg, with German fighter planes and tanks driving through the web of fortifications as the war intensified.
