Battle Fire #4

Battle Fire #4 is an anthology of war stories featuring military operations during World War II. "Plumb on Redova" depicts General John F. Findgale's strategic decision to seize the island of Redova as an Allied base from which to bombard the nearby Munda airfield and neutralize Japanese positions, with Sergeant Bill Thompson leading the initial landing assault on the beach. The subsequent story, "Orders!", follows a patrol led by a soldier who leads his unit into German lines where they encounter and engage German Tiger tanks that have been destroying American supply lines.
