Battle Report #5

Battle Report #5 is a war anthology featuring multiple stories of frontline combat. "Guts!" depicts Sergeant Tim Birk and soldiers engaged in brutal infantry combat against enemy forces, with emphasis on the moral and physical demands of close-quarters warfare. A separate story follows a young man named Danny who is convicted of a felony but given a chance to serve in the Military Police rather than face prison time, ultimately being assigned to special training.
