Battle Squadron #1

A soldier recounts to his son a harrowing World War I experience when he was isolated from his company in France. Armed with a rifle and a machine gun, he successfully defended his position against an entire enemy patrol, using sniper tactics and grenades to eliminate the advancing soldiers and capture twenty prisoners. After his daring solo action, he was finally reunited with his comrades, who had believed him lost.
