Sparkie #1

This anthology issue contains several stories featuring the character Sparkie. In "Operation Beanstalk," Sparkie and his friend Twinkle use a magic carpet to fly to a giant's castle in the clouds, where Sparkie falls and is saved by the carpet's seat. In another story, Big Jon and Sparkie go on a treasure hunt where they dig for relics near a fire site and discover what appears to be an old chief's ceremonial costume. The issue also includes stories titled "Who Am I?", "The Big Surprise," "The Indian Ghost," "Benny the Bug," and "Sparkie's Mail Bag."
