This anthology issue contains multiple stories featuring the characters advertised on the cover. "Sparky Watts" follows the world's strongest funny man as Doc Static's cosmic ray machine gives him increased power, leading to complications when he attempts to help people and accidentally causes destruction, including flattening a truck tire and damaging a car. In another story, a young dairy deliverer is mistaken for a thief and chased by townspeople after his milk wagon crashes. "Dixie Dugan" depicts a woman spying on diners at a restaurant across the street, then attempting to help what she believes is a distressed young woman but discovers the situation involves family conflict and Irish pride, ultimately resulting in reconciliation.
