Billy the Kid Adventure Magazine #26

Billy the Kid must escape from a canyon while being pursued by enemies who know the location of a secret treasure. In one encounter, Billy confronts an old man dying from a stab wound who reveals information about Apache gold hidden in a canyon with shining rocks as large as eagles' eggs. Billy later faces a water poisoner named Mort Stuart who uses poisoned water to kill, forcing Billy to overcome this threat while evading capture and gunfire in the desert.
