Black Fury #55

A gunman with an empty pistol attempts to kill Black Fury but finds his gun useless, declaring the black stallion doomed. The story follows Black Fury's return to a remote canyon camp where wild horse hunters have captured him, and features conflict between the criminals who want to shoot the stallion and a man in an orange shirt who opposes killing the prized horse. After a struggle involving the hunters' weapons and Black Fury's resistance, the issue resolves with the horse's fate uncertain amid the confrontation in the canyon.
