Blue Bolt #1

Blue Bolt #1 This issue contains two main stories. "Blue Bolt" features the hero battling the ghost villain Spook in a mountain setting where Spook traps Blue Bolt far below an inn with a fractured leg; Blue Bolt manages to signal for help and is rescued, then pursues Spook through a skyscraper where Spook escapes via a crane. The second story, "The Phantom Sub," shows Dick Cole battling foreign agents who have sabotaged a submarine; after being rescued by the coast guard, Cole works with naval intelligence to recover a captured "Phantom Sub" and retrieve secret radio equipment the enemy had obtained.
