Blue Bolt #4

Blue Bolt #4 is an anthology issue containing multiple stories. "Sub-Zero" follows a character traveling to Centro, a hidden city, where a school bus goes out of control and Sub-Zero must stop it. In another story, Count Gorth orders the Empress to disband an army and halt munitions production, threatening world peace until Blue Bolt and an ally intervene, ultimately leading to Doctor Bertoff resuming laboratory work and peace being restored. "Candid Charlie" follows a character named Charlie whose school botany experiment causes an unusual flower to bloom, disrupting his class when Professor Podnsnap allows him to observe a visitor admiring the flower's effects.
