Blue Bolt v2 #9

This issue is an anthology featuring multiple stories. "Sergeant Spook" follows a ghost who encounters other supernatural beings returning to their graves and learns that his niece has won a thousand dollars and can now live peacefully in the old house where he was born and raised. "Blue Bolt" involves the hero and allies conducting a military operation where they use gas to incapacitate enemies aboard a submarine, with a commander signaling the sub to come ashore. A third story features characters named Eddie and Jerry battling giant octopi in the ocean using harpoons and ropes, successfully defeating the creatures.
