Bo #3

The main story "Bo" follows a dog and Junior at a circus, where the circus owner gives Bo to Junior after the boy demonstrates responsibility by helping care for the animals. When Junior and his friend take Bo to visit an Inuit settlement (referred to as an "Osook family"), they encounter a growling bear and must leave hastily. Later, an old skipper tells them tales of his adventures, including encounters with hula dancers and cannibals on South Sea islands, while Bo listens intently and Junior tries to convince the skipper to help retrieve lost oars from the water.
