Boy Loves Girl #36

A couple named Dave and Beth face marital troubles when Dave objects to Beth's acting career and demands she quit to focus on their relationship. Jealous and suspicious of her commitment to him, Dave insists they spend more time together, leading to frequent quarrels. Beth tries to make amends by canceling plans, but Dave remains controlling and mistrustful, culminating in plans for an anniversary dinner at the beach to supposedly resolve their differences.
