Broncho Bill v1 #17

A gunman shoots at Susan Brown and her younger sister Cynthia, causing their horse-drawn buckboard to careen wildly down a mountain slope. Deputy Tyndal pursues the fleeing gunman Slugs while attempting to rescue the women, who nearly plunge over a precipice but are saved by Dangerous Dan. After weeks of illness, the elected Sheriff Tornado Ike recovers and is ready to resume duty, relieving his temporary substitute Broncho Bill.
