Buster Brown Makes The Team #1

Buster Brown and his dog Tige make a football team to challenge the Humperdink boys, initially winning easily against them. When the Humperdinks acquire a traveling strongman and gain an English champion who offers a large cash prize to anyone who can beat him, Buster's team faces increasingly difficult opposition. Using strategy and teamwork—with Tige playing an unexpected role on the field—Buster's team ultimately defeats the larger, stronger opponents and wins the championship, with the newspaper headline crediting Buster Brown as the star player.
