Candy #32
Candy attempts to impress her boyfriend Ted by secretly preparing a fancy dinner featuring ragout à la bragg, a complicated French dish. When a recipe book borrowed from her kid brother proves unreliable, the cooking goes hilariously awry, nearly burning down the kitchen before she finally salvages the meal with the help of an automatic timer. Meanwhile, Candy also deals with her rival Cornelia Clyde's attempts to sabotage her by dating the football team captain at an upcoming Saturday night dance, leading to comedic confrontations between the two girls.
