Candy #49

Candy gets a modeling job at an advertising agency paying five dollars an hour, but when she arrives at the Hartwick Plaza Hotel for the shoot, a police officer mistakes her for a suspect and chases her through the building. After evading the officer, Candy is discovered by advertising executive Addington Collar, who hires her as the "Jungle Soap" girl for a major campaign, promising she'll pose alongside a famous male model. The story concludes with Candy selected for the lucrative modeling opportunity, which is presented as the prize of winning a school-girl complexion competition sponsored by the soap company.
