Captain Midnight #28

Captain Midnight rescues Admiral and Tommy from enemy forces, then escapes a tugboat rigged to explode with a swing-spring device. After learning that a flaming symbol has appeared bearing his insignia, Captain Midnight discovers that an enemy agent has stolen his rubber-solution invention intended to protect against radium-nitrate bombs and is using it to kill soldiers. Captain Midnight must recover his invention and stop the enemy plot before more lives are lost.
